money-and-dates Pulls every amount, fee, penalty and date into two tables, adds up totals, puts deadlines into the calendar; use for "all the money and dates".

Money and dates

Use when: the user wants to know what the document costs and when things happen, or before a signing date, a renewal or a move.

Input

The document text or its note; the start date, if the user knows it, so that notice dates can be computed.

Steps

  1. Money table: What | Amount | When | Condition | Clause. Include recurring payments, one-off fees, deposits, penalties, interest, indexation, costs "to be reimbursed".
  2. Add up what the user pays at the start and per period, line by line, and show the sums. Formulas ("2% per day of delay") get a worked example with a round number.
  3. Dates table: What | Date or trigger | Notice period | Clause. Include start, end, renewal, notice deadlines, payment days, inspection or return dates, cooling-off periods if stated.
  4. If the start date is known, compute the concrete notice dates ("to end on 30 June, notice by 31 March") and show the counting.
  5. Add each deadline to deadlines.md: Date | What | Document | Notice period | If missed. Earliest first.
  6. Save the tables into the note and deadlines.md (note "Money and dates:
